FAQs
As a general rule artwork is always required in vector format both at order or pre-order visual stage. It doesn’t matter if you provide it as a .ai, .eps or .pdf file, as long as it is vectorised we will be able to open it. High-resolution jpegs are useable for Dye Sublimation printing if vector artwork isn’t possible however we would prefer to see the artwork in question before guaranteeing we are happy to proceed with it.
Low-resolution jpegs, bitmaps, pngs and all other files are not usable for printing however we can use them for pre-order visuals and mock-ups before we go into full production.
This can vary slightly from product to product but as a general rule umbrella orders are subject to a 1-3 week leadtime from proof approval. If you need your order for a certain date, let us know as early as possible in the process and we will make sure we do everything in our power to make sure they are delivered on time.
TOTAL SUB
allows for a full-colour design over the entire panel; perfect for Pantone matching panels or creating an all-over design that flows edge to edge across the whole canopy.
LOGO SUB
allows for a full-colour logo to be printed onto any white panel within our standard print areas.
THERMOPRINT
For the brightest whites or complex full-colour designs, ThermoPrint allows us to print full colour onto any coloured panel within our standard print areas.
All of our standard deliveries are on a next day service however should you require a timed delivery we can upgrade your delivery to a pre 10:30 or pre 12:00 at an additional cost
We can also arrange for a dedicated same day courier to take your order direct from our factory to your door as soon as they are ready if required. In both instances simply let us know when you place your order and we will make all the arrangements for you
